We will replace any defective or incorrect product if reported within 30 days of receipt of the product.
Shipping
We ship all product by Royal Mail First Class post. We normally ship the next business day but in some circumstances it may take longer - if you have an urgent need for your order, please contact us to confirm shipment times.
Our shipping costs are fixed at £1.49 for ALL orders of any size.
